Hopefully with pick 24 Wells can find a ready made, 2017 impact, young midfielder who can continue to improve and likes playing in Geelong - someone exactly like Caddy! What a horrendous trade by the club - up there with the great fk up trades of all time. Skinny kid draft selections are not what we need right now - quality midfield depth we needed and we went backwards. Borderline final team now. Chris Scott's days are numbered.

Sam Powell-Pepper might be around at that pick , could be a reasonable replacement.

Jack has a bit more heart than Nathan though.
Telling thing from this year, at training one day this year the rucks were working in the centre with Ottens and Nathan was trying to force his way into the side but when contesting Ottens a man who has been out of the game for 5 years was showing more desperation to win the ball than Nathan
