Which is why Olympic qualifiers in the soccer was weird because Scotland and England both tried qualifying because if one made it, they would be sending a joint GB team and when Scotland found out they weren't gonna get any players on the team no matter if they qualified and the England team would be sent in their place no matter who qualified they deliberately lost a game 5-0 so England couldn't make it either

We'll drop off in the athletics (though we have a couple of contenders) but it's been a good performance (except from rowing which only managed a single bronze, we're typically much stronger in that).
