tend to agree here. stats are good but anyone that watches port knows our stats are meaningless. ok at sanfl level but wont get a a game at afl level.. unless there is an ebola outbreak among the a grade
I'm happy to be proven wrong but I just don't see it I also must have missed all those clubs he'd be getting a game at queuing up for his services last year.

feel sorry for billy, played some bloody good footy for us over the years, the constant knocking in the media by his coach must have taken its toll, lost all confidence, absolute shell of a player he has been in the past. jack would have him feeling indestructable, the current lot have crippled him. hopefully he gets another chance, finds a weights room and plays some good footy elsewhere.

And a lot of top end talent to compensate, close losses can be understood, much like what we got last year.

What we are getting this year is pathetic, absolutly un-acceptable.
Yes the loss was a bad one for sure but hurling abuse at your own players is what I find inexcusable. It was always going to be a rough year. Big turn over in both Power and Maggie's listed players and a new coach. Carn.

Wasn’t there so I can’t say, I’ve certainly never abused them, but I’ll certaibly critasize them, when they deserve it.

should have rookie listed robbie young, his aggression at the contest had our princesses squirming.
was all for getting alex barns a few years ago, when he was still with us. finally starting to show it. mobile skilled, good up forward.
I can remember you posting this - i thought the same at the time. Oh well ... is it too late?

2 incredibly disappointing efforts witnessed 2 weeks in a row.
I understand the philosophy of your reserves team playing the same game plan as your firsts team but surely not at the expense of building a winning culture. Shakes head. Winning MUST be the primary goal of any PAFC team anytime they enter the field of play for premiership points.

Anyway, I was fortunate enough to have more than one highlight of today's attendance at Alberton: Todd's mark at the end of the second quarter was equalled by meeting Ford Fairlane and his wife. Thanks for the intro RussellEbertHandball.

I went over to the area you are referring to for the first time in about 25 years during the 2nd half of a game about 3 or 4 seasons back.
The abuse Maggie players were receiving from their own supporters, specifically a group of about 10 - 15 blokes in their mid 20's to early 30's, half of whom were wearing Maggie lace ups, had to be heard to be believed, it was absolutely disgraceful. o_O

he was told it was close, but agree with you, he should be on an AFL list, somewhere, he has not given up, needs to keep kicking goals I suppose.
