Norwood would probably be in the AFL now if they hadn't bitched out hard in 1990.

I maintain there isn't a worse administrative decision in sporting history outside of decisions that led to clubs folding. Imagine losing your nerve and consigning your club to meaningless park football for eternity while your long term great rival plays in the national league.

Not to mention the flow on effects of opening up the AFL to real clubs instead of franchises. Instead we remain an anomaly in this shitshow and they destroyed any chance of not only themselves but others ever making the move. Moves that would only help to challenge the VFL centric attitudes.

A daytime Grand Final is a vestigial remnant of an era where we didn't have lights and every game was played at 2pm on a Saturday. People automatically defend every tradition, but I don't really see what the need is here. Big games under lights are great.

It's not a huge deal either way, i'm just saying that the staunch traditionalists decrying the fabric of the game being damaged by this change need to bring it down about 25-30%

For 23 rounds and 3 weeks of finals, all anyone wants is a primetime night game. The on GF day apparently that's bad.

What, what, what. Is someone having a lend? Is the priapism something observed? Or was it a could be from a known injected drug. If it was an observed side effect, the AFL will be stunned to look at what drugs may cause the problem. If it is a known drug, then name it.
