My prison bars just arrived in the mail, does this mean I'm a certified nuffie now?

Also I don't have anything on the back at the moment. Should I put on a number or 'Horny for Horne'?

I just realized how boring the rest of the round 14 games are.
Happy to enjoy a quiet weekend with a winning spirit without needing to okay attention to many of the games.

We have a 2 week mental respite, both fans and players.

Hope it doesn’t upset momentum.

Dangerfield has a punctured lung and a broken rib from the Dan Houston hit.

Tough bugger.

BTW it was hardly a 'hit' by Houston. Dangerfield went as hard into the contest as much as Dan did.

Three six day breaks in a row & Dixon playing like Peg Leg Jackson it's more than needed.
Absolutely!

Just hope it works as a break in soreness and not a break in momentum!

For me it’ll be nice to get off the emotional roller coaster for a couple of weeks, and being allowed to feel a bit smug about it :).

Do the players get formal time-off in the bye period, given we don't play again for 16 days? In previous years we seem to have had much shorter windows.

Seems they do.

Butters mentioned last night during his after game interview that himself Boaky, Mitch and a few others are heading up to the Gold Coast to play golf for a few days.

I think there's a mandated 4 day break. Last two years was almost the reverse of this year's bye break - we played on a Sunday before the break and resumed on a Thursday, so it was only 10 days off.

Stop whining; it's totally cringe. Winning by 122 points is a significant achievement in modern football, regardless of opposition. As a reference, we won the equivalent fixture by 40 points. Based on some of the comments here, we should've folded after that.

Late to this, and apologies if this descended into something approaching the Rwandan genocides in subsequent, but yeah. West Coast or not, the Crows have never had a problem putting a vulnerable/awful team to the sword at home.

It’s a handy trait that I’m sure many teams wish they had.

I still don’t think they’re much better than mediocre in the true sense of the word, but eh. Good for them.

I've never really been Danger's biggest fan, but I've mellowed on him in recent times. It was obvious he was badly hurt after that collision and really struggling to get to his feet. Thought it was pretty poor form from the sections of the crowd that were booing him. A little embarrassing, actually.

Forget last night's win and focus on the fact that Jack Soligo has re-signed at the Crows
Let me guess. The front page of the Advertiser is a hard hitting exposé on whether it's better to break your trip at Horsham or Stawell when travelling to see the Crows play Collingwood at the G in 10 days time?

FULL REPORT PG. 5

nah **** him, the way he sticks his arms up expecting the freekick, arrogant prick.

pricks rolled around like his been hit by a car many times before, at least this time he was truly injured, wasnt he almost cremated against the hawks one time and came out and kicked 6 after half time?

tough effort all the same to play with that.
