Positives

Whole backline!
Sheed continuing to run
Priddis consistent game with great set shot
Shuey- Clutch goals
Masten- best game against a quality side
Sinclair effort throughout game, made errors but performed admirably as 2nd ruckmen
Yeo, Cripps, Hill
Duggan
Wellingham and Sheppard, i have been as harsh on these players as anyone but both had superb games and added flair to our backline
Another great last quarter

Negatives

Naitanui- don't think winning hit outs (though they were good as per usual) is enough anymore. Seems to have absolutely no game sense, finally takes one on one contested mark dying minutes in the last and tries to give it off before he's even entangled himself. Really worrying, common sense can't be taught. Butchered ball in general
JK- Missing goals he'd kick if we were 30 points up

Positives:
The new Hill
Butler becoming a General in defense
Work rate of the defenders.
A snapshot of the midfield for the next 8+ years
Masten attack on the ball.
Simpson gets some joy after 18 months hard work

Negatives;
There wasn't a 5th quarter

The misses were likely down to his arm.

You could feel us building this year, better structure, skills, effort, more playing to strengths - and now we've done what Hawthorn was unable to do.

Positives:

Watching the media's mouth-breathing Port Adelaide sycophants contort themselves out of both writing us off on game day and the running sheets. **** Port Adelaide.

And Adam Simpson's Coaching.

It was pretty funny listening to one of them rabbit on about Port's recruiting "because the top sides recruit players like Krakoeur".

Positives:
Flat track winners
2nd on the ladder
Shuey stood up against a top midfield and I could kiss him
Cripps, Yeo, Shep, Schoey, Duggan, went hard when it was needed which has been rare in this side

Negatives
JK poor kicking I guess? **** negatives we're the best professional football team of all time.

All went hard if not very hard and none harder than Duggan - I hate the gibber you get from the media but this looks like a turning point.

Butler was very good, his disposal has been his best asset but today it wasn't there (for the most part) and he seemed like a genuine veteran who just knew where to be. It was an odd flipside for a player who has usually stood out for good skills but not much defensive influence. Earned his praise today, happy for him.

+ Commander Sheppard played supremely well.
+ Cripps
+ Backline - Gov, Wellers, Schofield all had HUGE moments.
+ Midfield was excellent. Sheed/Yeo/Shuey/Masten did some huge things. Priddis's last extraction for the sealer.
+ We Won

- Sinclair

Positives
We beat a good side away!!
Yeo's First half and work in the midfield was fantastic.
Shuey getting us over the line against a top team. Wasn't good in the first half but won lifted and eventually got us over the line in the last quarter.
Our makshift defence continues to excel, Schofield today was even better than gov.
Mastens best game for the season.
Sheppard and Sheed had solid games and look to be improving.
Wellingham has completely turned it around in the last few weeks.
Hill was good (again) and Sinclair actually competed really well and lifted a bit after a shocking first half.
Naitanui's last 5 minutes when we needed a mini lift.

Negatives
Sinclair's first half was atrocious.
Kennedy's kicking also terrible
butler had a few shotty moments
Duggan probably had his worst game for us. Still wasn't terrible.
Nic Nat went completely missing for nearly a half of football, it often happens but its still a concern and overall he has been getting less ball and taking less marks than every season since his first.
The Mcinnes, Sinclair, Lycett experiment needs to improve. Our key forwards were terrible today, slow lumbering and didn't take grabs. We will need to sort something out soon. Mcinnes hasn't been great since his first game but was completely robbed of a good goal today.

Doubt it, we're second on the ladder.
So what was your response to the debacle against Fremantle?

The fact is, we lost to the Doggies, beat two ordinary sides in Carlton and Brisbane and were embarrassed by the Dockers. In light of that, criticism is/was completely justified.

You don't get loyalty points for ignoring the facts.

Positives:
Yeo (set the tone from the start), Shuey stepped up against a top 4 side, McGovern, constant pressure from the start, good skills when the heat was on.

Negatives:
Sinclair, McInnes

Though Sinkers did step up in the 2nd half and gave a good contest. Credit to him .... to both of them really.
Best win i can remember for a long time.

The facts are we are currently the second best side in the comp. Get on board or jump the **** off.

Think he was just being a bit flippant after a good win. Criticism after the Dogs game was warranted, Freo game even more so, but got to appreciate a good win even if the team is still pretty flawed in many key areas.
