I wouldn't think so. These games are really for guys trying out for the last few spots on the VFL list and for AFL guys who need to top up their conditioning if need be.

We have given Father/Son prospects a chance with the VFL team in their draft years in recent seasons, so probably they'll get a game in the 2nd half of the season.

Was more wishful thinking. Hopefully they will both get their chance later in 2016.:thumbsu:

Sounds like all Train Lines will have Buses

Only looks like yours and Hurstbridge/South Morang on the Metro system.

My Gippsland line has most of its services running as coaches, but still some trains...

An awful lot of interest in a VFL praccy match. Good to see; they might get a reasonable crowd.

Reminds me of when 1000s of us packed out Box Hill Oval in 2013 for a VFL game, to see Beamer return after missing 16 weeks of senior footy. Amazing what a high end talent can do to attract crowds. Good luck to AT, to all our senior listed draftees getting their first opportunity, and to all the VFL guys who represent us week after week. Also very happy we have kept Tapping on as their coach; he appears to be an important figure in our footy department.

It's stints like that that remind everyone, no matter that the Hawks and Tigers might be approaching us in membership #s (may have even overtaken us by now) we still have far more supporters overall...

With Treloar playing - That would make sure that there be a Very Good Crowd.

Treloar should tear Werbbe a New One when he is on the Field

I still remember Buckley making a VFL comeback against Box Hill Hawks that I went to, must have got 10,000! Maybe 2007?

Only played 2 games for Williamstown - Box Hill (2005) and Port Melbourne (2007). I went to the second one and we certainly packed the joint out. Somewhat interestingly he wore #3 in that game.

He returned against Box Hill at Box Hill in 2005.

He also made that famous late-season return for Willy in 2007, against Port Melbourne at North Port.

Williamstown must have been quietly peeved that Nathan didn't make his comebacks in home games. Would have been a nice little earner for Box Hill and Port those days...

They are some very very high pants...

Scott Burns in his Collingwood Captaincy acceptance press conference...

Press:- "Scott, what will you different to Nathan Buckley as Captain?"

Scott:- "Well I might leave my socks down, and I won't pull my shorts up around my rib cage!"

I never went to any Williamstown game when we where Aligned with them.

I watched that game on TV. Presti and Licca played as well

Reckon that was the first and only one I went to, from memory we smashed them which isn't surprising given the strength of our side.

It was only after we returned to Vic Park that I started regularly going to see our 2s, even as a stand alone side I refused to go to Carlton's ground, but I would go to the odd away game or final.

I think we won that game by about 80pts

I started going to VFL when we gad our Own VFL Stand Alone Side. 1st few years where Intresting when our Home Ground at the Start was Princess Park:eek:
