Laird to HB has forced Hinge to a wing and Dowling in the 2s. At some point are we going to prioritise the future Nicks?

I would give Dowling a go inside over Berry

The most likely explanation is that wins and losses are due to both players and coaches. Things are very rarely as black and white as many posters would like to believe.

Even when the coach changes the game plan and goes defensive meaning we are the lowest scoring team in the first 4 rounds?

Or playing a vanilla midfield?

Or sticking with out of form senior players and not playing kids?

You can be as much of an apologist as you like and spend your time on here contributing nothing but whinging about posters, but you can’t deny we are playing more attacking, we’ve changed our midfield mix and he’s now playing more kids once the season was shot and the result? We look much better!!!

And if you want further proof Nicks is a moron, look at his treatment of Curtin, only a couple of days ago he’s referring to him as a KPD. Now there have been some of us saying play him at half forward, Tex goes off injured and what do you know? He can play half forward. Pity our coach is so slow on the uptake.

Only laughed because he won’t ever put on more size. He’s the D Mac model of 100 pre seasons and never putting on an ounce!

He said himself he has put on several Kg's over the summer/pre-season. You can see it too if you look at before/after pics.

We won today because the dogs were awful, even Bont was poor by his lofty standards. I think all the crows kids played well and we need to keep playing them. Besides Murphy and Laird today, I don’t thing anyone played bad. We just need to add a bit of pace to the side and we should improve even more

I watched him try to be the spare in front of defenders & he managed to be where the ball was never going to go & they just bypassed him like a spectator.

He is a shit shape keeper!

Much prefer Dawson, Hinge, Max or Worrell in that role as they all have a clue about where to position themselves.

Completely outplayed an in form bulldogs, who we always seem to struggle against. Also unusual that we had such a bad run with the umps, but still had an easy win. Umpiring was shocking (Nick Murray????).

Crouch had played some of the best footy of his career this year. He was exceptional today.

Max one of his best games of the year. Been a little out of form at times this year, but he was dominant today.

Bond very handy. Looks okay with ball in hand as well surprisingly.

Berry decent. If he can get better with his hands, he will be a pretty good inside mid.

Actually not too many players who were less than good. Murphy continues to do nothing each game and get kicked. Even Rachele is now providing more pressure.

Looked like our best balanced team out there today. Pity it took until round 22 to get there.

He is an A grade inside mid.
