Well, they agreed on Murphy. Safe to say we dominated.
Who's Harrison?

That is amazing.
Agree on BOG, but both had entirely different players for the other 4.
Very strange.

This is actually common for the better teams - that there are about ten players good enough to get votes and it comes down to personal opinion - and likewise the umpires probably thought something different.

The coaches tend to look more at who did what they needed to structurally and as per what they were assigned to do. They don’t look at number of possessions as much as the one percenters. Opposition coaches who lose badly focus on those who made the critical difference. For example Teague probably gave Jones the three votes for his constant effort whereas Dew gave Cripps the three votes for his contested ball and cutting off their supply.

The spreading of votes is a very good sign for us.

Does anybody have any footage of the Teague spray dished out to Fisher? I'd love to see it; indicates a bit of ruthlessness about DT

When did he spray Fish?

Gotta say Teague's actually looked a bit grumpy the last few weeks despite us winning...been a bit more demonstrative when they show him in the box and bit short with reporters in interviews. Not sure if he's just a bit tired with all the travelling and hub life etc, or he's starting to show a more 'ruthless' streak now we're at the pointy end of the season with a bit less Mr Nice Guy.

I like it so far, shows he's not satisfied with how we're playing despite us winning and will keep pushing the guys more and more and won't let complacency seep in.

At HT I believe; was mentioned on here on the weekend and has just been reiterated to me by a friend.

Easy fixed, kick straight, win games. I am available for a coaching gig.

You should check out our own POTY voting. People see the games and player contributions very differently.

Yep - I made a post a couple of weeks ago about the noticeable change in messaging in the Freo pre-game presser. Whether club-directed or just Teaguey having had enough, it had clearly changed from "we'll follow the process and hope to win" which is what you say to take the pressure off a bunch of kids, to "we expect to win"and anything short of that isn't good enough".

I like it. It's indicative that the club probably feels the players have matured enough to be ready for this sort of pressure and expectation. There are no more excuses - we go out each week and expect to do the hard work and get the win.

That’s a pretty good stat for Willo. Some flog (me) suggested a couple of weeks back he wasn’t doing much. Yeah windows....other than ‘not being beaten you washed up March champion football pundit’ you. 8 goals against him in 10 games. 1/15 defensive 1 v 1 losses. Pretty amazing. Now add some possessions and metres gained please Tom.
