Just hated the outcome and the execution errors today. At siren time I had to grab the ipod and go for a long walk. Fortunately The Beta Band Dry the Rain was first up. Just a few things.
Charlie and LOB have the capacity to be great kicks but are so sure of that fact they always go for the hardest option. Sometimes the most obvious option is also the best.
Matty K back next week is huge for us. You could mount an argument that he is worth 4 goals a week to us - 2 that he will create and two that average B grade ruckmen like Nankervis and Sinclair wont kick against us. Fingers crossed that he stands up for the rest of the season for this reason.
Backline is in pretty good nick. Would be great to get Willo back and can only dream of how good it would be with Doc there.
I kind of feel this might be the making of a few player. You get no bonus points for pointing out Dows errors, Eds miss etc. I suspect (hope) that this will really burn for them and be the line in the sand for them. Maybe thats just me hoping.

Learnt I’m not the only one tearing my hair out in pure frustration.

I don’t hate Plowman I just think he’s a liability in today’s game. He plays same position as Tom Stewart , see the difference. One is clumsy, cumbersome, a poor decision maker, a slow decision maker, a poor kick of the ball but has good endeavour and tries very hard.....the other is Tom Stewart.

Feel free to dispute if you disagree people, but every selection panel should pick there best 6 players and think one should be covered if injury strikes. Cripps, McKay, Jones, Weits, Simmo, Charlie.
Marchbank and Polson can cover one of Weits or Jones if they go down. McGovern and Levi today can cover Charlie or McKay if they go down. Newman can cover Simmo. Who can cover Cripps? We are building a midfield around one man protecting kids, it's not right. The selection panel have a lot to answer to.
