It’s astonishing the lack of accountability in the footy media, for years they’ve been pontificating about “rough tackling” “high shepherds” and advocating suspensions for anything resembling physical contact, apart from Geelong who can do what they want, but now they want Essendon to cross the “line in the sand” and start hurting oppo players.

Agreed. But we act like George is the worst player in the AFL but stats show he gets more ball than most small forwards who the wider football world think are pretty handy players, and compares ok for goals, GA’s and SI’s.
I’ll be very happy when we have a George upgrade ready to go as his skills are very average, but I don’t believe we’ve got anyone ready to step into that role he plays so don’t be surprised when he plays 22-games this season ….

No he didn't i watched AFL360 said he is a Richmond man and that his time will eventually come to an end and was asked the question by Robbo but he didn't say yay or nay!
