I have my other vote to Prestia. At times he looked like our only midfielder capable if winning the ball.

hope graham plays ok and gets thru uninjured today. I think we need somebody to have a defensive mindset and apply some pressure on the opposition mids. boy they just created space behind the contest and got such clean clearances.

I had to update him that you at least had to have a finger nail on a player while he bounces to be called holding the ball. It was a bizarre pure guess by the umpire. Up there for one of the worst calls I've seen. I 'm pretty sure it's not a free if you stuff up bouncing the ball unless it's a new rule introduced this week.....which is highly possible these days I suppose.

I was ok with the decision. You take a bounce you run the risk.

Let's forget the reason these guys came in, it was to fill in for those who had been injured. And with some players coming back we need to offload dead weight. I still think Baker being dropped is harsh but it needs to be done to make way for 3 premiership players that know how to handle the footy and most importantly consistantly well.

The comment was that he didn't run, he clearly ran, be that trying to create run and carry or chasing tail when North were breaking away. Some others though were left wanting, but nothing is mentioned about their poor efforts in being accountable.

would love Dimmer to take the from behind the goals footage for this game to the AFL/umpire department. Lunch got molested so badly that he could have some of those norph defenders arrested for assault if he wanted to report it. And what'd he get, 1 or 2 frees that the umps reluctantly called 4-5 seconds late? ****en joke

it was impossible for Lynch last night. he constantly had 2-3 players vs him. and our ball movement was so slow, where was our run thru the middle, happened maybe twice the whole game. then we didn't try to hit up a leading forward, we bombed it high into the forward line where we were out numbered in the air and on the ground. ( it would help if he got soft frees like brown does, a couple of them were terrible.)

He has to learn to flail his arms around and not actually try to mark the ball if he wants free kick like BB. It’s an art form BB has honed over a few years now.
