they've had TONNES of high draft picks and the vast majority are huge duds (watts bate blease cook trengove ect), more high draft picks won't help them

Not good when you see how much GC have improved in 3 years. GC and GWS will be winning flags while Melbourne is rebuilding again.

Totally agree and GC are already past them with GWS about 20 games away from overtaking them.

I feel really sorry for the Demons supporters but honestly they have a decade of heartache in front of them with hardly any good kids coming through with young Viney maybe the only exception and Toumpas we have not seen enough of yet. It is so hard for the kids to come through and take the next step when they are surrounded by terrible players which then in turn contributes to them being held back.
