Very interested to see the team tonight, whether any statements are made at selection or going with the same crew. No new injuries from last week as far as I'm aware. Billings, Bytel, Ross and Sharman the most likely additions if changes were to be made, possibly Peris if locks are included.

Anyone know what the go is with Seb? 'Managed' last week, didn't play for Sandy, yet not on the injury list. What ails him? Has to be something up, started the season so well but this last month or so he's seemed really slow both in reaction time and general movement.

Jack is gone.

I’d just like to see some movement from Max and Gresh straighten up.
That’s all.
I sat up top for the Tigers game and it was so frustrating seeing us get on a fast break and King standing still thinking he was just going to outbody Balta one on one. Balta had him absolutely covered. Harder to tell watching on the TV last week, but I assume it was the same. Not sure if it's a game plan issue or a stamina issue.

The other thing is that Caminiti very predictably brings the ball down right at his feet but no crumbers are ever there.

We have problems with our forward setups- I would like to see Higgins and Gresham roving the front of the HF contests a bit more- both hanging back a lot off the play and not able to get close enough to the loose ball, Max needs to present harder to the ball carrier coming to the forward half- just playing lazy footy the last couple of weeks.

Max was exceedingly lazy last week. Number of zero pressure efforts. Hope there has been some forthright conversations between coaches and players this week. Max looked like he cracked the sad's and sooked it up. Not all without reason (as the structure and entry were terrible) that he got PO'd but it all seemed a bit too 'poor me' for my liking.

His past two weeks have been very disappointing. He gets so easily sucked into the push and shove first, concentrate on the ball second. Plays straight into the defenders hands.

They want to grab you and push you about, then move and keep moving - eventually an umpire will pick up on it.

Start him deep and at the first sign of the sads, chuck him in the ruck and he can push and shove as much as he likes.

The Age experts have all tipped the Saints with margins raging from 5 points to 70. That probably sums it up. We should win, how much by is anyone’s guess.

At home they lose by a lot less. They are also getting players back and under scrutiny.

They also have their backs against the wall (we don’t, it only applies to other teams), our legs are tired from playing on a day ending in Y at Marvel, and it’s a Waxing Gibbous moon

We are also playing quite shit footy as well.
