The thing that worries me is that we know exactly what Sincs,Hind,Webster,Savage and Phillips are going to bring to the table , they are not the answer.
Im happy for Webster to come in for Long if he gets a holiday but the others will do nothing to help .
Parker is out of form big time , i dont care what they write on the saints website , before they left for Noosa he was woeful and as iv said before Robbo doesn't look like the player we had 2 years ago.
The only ones worth bring in to give a crack is Byrnes , if more needed then Bytel although he hasnt impressed me that much and Doults , The depth some talk about is not nearly as strong as you think IMO

Can’t wait to see what Reilly O’Brien tweets this week.
few players need a good kick up the ass.
Crows will be no easy beats. With Sloane Crouch x2 laird and Smith running around. Wonder what hack we will make look like a star this week.
So sick of giving up big leads and not being able to stop a run on.

We have some interesting selection issues. Webster and Roberton are both good players that we can't get in the side, but our young backs haven't done much wrong. Long will miss so I guess Webster will come in, but I'd really like Robbo in aswell.

I would stick Hill in the guts for this game. He came as an outside player but he can't get near it, put him on the ball and tell him to get 20+ and 5 tackles. Ross is on his last warning.

In: Roberton Webster Byrnes
Out: Long Marsh Paton

If he can’t get it as a winger then I doubt he is any hope as an inside player. We need to improve the midfield. I reckon that makes us a whole lot worse.

I don't understand that logic. How would you improve the midfield?

Ross is on his last warning.

Whenever you feel he's close to being dropped he does just enough in his next match.

Obviously I don't rate last year's B&F result. I inwardly cringe whenever he goes to kick the ball - 9/10 times it's a loopy lookaway kick that results in a turnover. No decision making seemingly required.

I have less confident about this game then the freo game the crow's have a half decent midfield and that is all team need to bet us. plus our Adelaide oval record is no good. I think by Tuesday we will all be looking forward to the end of year then we start this vicious cycle again the life of a saint

What to you think about trying him off the hbf could be a move
I’d probably give him one more shot at the wing then if that doesn’t work he can go to the easiest position on the ground and if that doesn’t work then it’s drop time. Always a danger recruiting an outside winger who has never played with a poor midfield

I would like to say move Clarke into the middle but he has not impressed for the time he's had in there

Well not by playing Hill in the guts ,
Has he played there at his old club and gone badly? Really don't get why it's such a laughable suggestion to put him in there. When did Walters become an inside mid because he didn't start there.

When he showed he could get his own ball in other positions. Hill has never showed that.

Hasn't he? Had some decent contested possession numbers in a few games last year.

I’m usually an advocate for keeping our better players in through one-off bad performances but I’d be sending a really clear message to the group by dropping Ross.

Only had 12 touches, one in the third quarter. Went at 58 per cent and had just the one tackle. It’s simply not good enough for a midfielder and aspiring captain. Dropping him for one match would be enough.

Marsh is in trouble. Long suspended. Ross dropped.

I’d be going Sinclair, Webster and Byrnes.
