Horsley talked up Clay’s game this week, hopefully in the frame to replace Yeo. Coincidentally Freijah to debut for the Dogs this week, still think we missed a trick there.

Very young/inexperienced ins. We would be conceding the win before the coin was flipped I reckon.
Don't mind dajesmac call of JJ coming in to replace Long. Understands the system, mature body, knows the playing group well and has played footy with them.
We don't want to go too far the other way
Gaff in would be a gigantic step backwards
Hall had a better game in the WAFL (according to his coach), plays the same position Yeo does, and we were told at the start of the year if it's a 50/50 selection we're going youth this year.

Theres also a balance they want between young and old. Kelly and Sheed + a bunch of kids in the midfield might be too inexperienced for their liking.
Would prefer they found a way to get Duggan as a mid and find another defender than Gaff in though, would be ok with Hall but maybe as the sub

Yeah maybe.
Not much experiance to bring in though, assuming Hunt is unavailable.
JJ hasn't exactly been banging the door down in the WAFL. He butchers the ball going forward and must be pretty close to being on the delist pile. Not sure giving him a game will particularly help the team. Personally I would like to see what Hall can offer for 1-2 weeks while Yeo is out. Might be young but is pretty physically developed and has been playing seniors since last year.
JJ is pretty good in traffic and can run and tackle. I don't see his kicking as a liability when playing in the front half. He won't be running flat out to break lines and kick over a zone. Fingers crossed that would tidy up his disposal somewhat.
Not against Hall coming in at all but he doesn't strike me as an overly versatile type so can he play a full game inside for his first, and if we get touched up in the centre are we stuck with him there and moving a lot of other magnets around to get the right mix.

Tyrell dewar to debut this weekend. Very exciting 1.3 and 15 touches on the weekend. Still very raw but excited to see what he can do would assume he’d play the longy role
