If the board is 60/40 against him, why are they not just voting him out right now? They have the numbers.
It's just mind numbing. We're so slow to react in a cut throat sport. We are the antithesis of a ruthless club.
Black Diamond FC? I could get behind that.
With the bit of luck and some good trading they accomplished, this could be the draft that Richmond fans talk about for a long time.
I'm pretty excited to see what they do and I would've been inclined to get rid of Lynch as well.

There won't be a sacking. The best we can hope for is that his next contract extension is only for one season.
If it's 60/40 against, he should be turfed now.

Kane Cornes says that Ken Hinkley will need a Grand Final to get a contract extension (He will immediately abandon this when it becomes clear we won't be doing that, and blame the list)
Gerard Whately says that Port are in a mini rebuild with no expectation of performance and talks about how Ken Hinkley is the perfect man for the job, even discussing a contract extension so he can see through the rebuild.
Dom Cassisi is elected to the board at the AGM.
