Yeah I never got one. I've often felt that Essential Power memberships are treated a bit differently from other Power memberships. Despite being at the more expensive end of memberships, perhaps the previous connection with the SANFL membership maybe makes us not "True Believers"? ....

I'm a Platinum Member and so's my wife. We both received the survey and were both critical of the club.

Ben's revelation that these anonymous surveys are not anonymous at all won't change how I respond in future.

One focussed solely on positivity, the other was a wry look at the mess we are in.
Neither should be ignored or invalidated.

Might have missed it but I went back through my email and survey link and couldn't find any mention of the survey being anonymous

IIRC the first screen in the survey says words to that effect. I'll try and remember to screen shot it next time.

At the end where you can put in your email address to go in the draw for whatever prize there is for completing the survey it also says that your email address will only be used to enter you in the draw and not to identify you in relation to your survey responses. That implies that the survey is anonymous.

As I posted above, anonymous or not it does not alter the way I respond.

I also fully expect the club to exclude my responses from any survey analysis because I am clearly ungrateful.
