To be honest, I'm just bored at this point. Take out last year and every year of this guy's reign we've finished in the extremely narrow band of 5th-10th on the ladder, which is exactly where we sit now and will sit at the end of this season too.

It's the same thing every year. Bright start to the season, normally including a win against a strong team. Win/loss through the middle part of the season - beating all the bad teams, getting flogged by good teams on the road, getting beaten narrowly by good teams at home. End the season by either collapsing and finishing 9th/10th or lose some heartbreaking final by a goal or less.

Boredom is the right word. All day today I was thinking about not going, then the missus looks at me at about 2pm and goes "can we not go tonight?" and that was that.

What's the attraction. I'll still pay, I'll still keep my membership but I watched 3/4 of the game at best tonight and you know what, it was a borefest. The stale feeling is real, would just rather do other shit.
