Why would the club bother. Such a tiny reach and they are a deluded yes people anyway. Whoever runs that page would want to stay anonymous due to how embarrassing it is to run a fan page and realise you've been completely wrong for a decade lol.

The true believers page banned me for talking about the benefits of trading ladhams last year. I said i could see the benefit of moving up the draft order and because ‘some family might read it and get upset’, i was booted from the page.

Deadset bunch of nuffiest nuffs in the game. Ken oath the ringleader of all the forever optimistic muppets.

So tired of this.

"As a team we have to shoulder the responsibility for not giving (the forwards) the service that would make their job a hell of a lot easier," Jonas said. "As for the individuals (in particular Marshall and Finlayson) our expectation is for them to compete and bring the ball to ground. If they kick a couple of goals, that is a bonus. It is about their work rate and how they compete and contest in the air. It is not always going to be Todd or Jeremy kicking five goals - it is up to the team to share the load."

Following the 64-point loss, Port fans took to social media to criticise Hinkley, but Koch said “every single person at the club” needed to take “shared responsibility”.
I sort of deal in the facts, our win-loss record over the last two years has been better than any other AFL club,” he said on FIVEaa.
“Here in South Australia there is an intense pressure on him (Hinkley), you talk to the AFL gurus in Victoria and they shake their head and say for the last two years you’ve got one of the winningest coaches.

Nice to at least hear that there is intense pressure on Hinkley, not just from here.

Sack Hinkley n Bassett n Koch.

A forwards job isn't to compete and bring the ****ing ball to ground. If our game plan is to snap random goals out of forward contests no wonder scoring looks so hard.

Ken has mind ****ed the players.

David kock needs to **** off too. The aim of the game isn't a good h&a record you ponce. The point of the regular season is literally just to set yourself up for finals..

I also deal in facts: zero grand finals for zero premierships.

That bathwater drinking then feeds into the players and coaches as well. Remember last week when we were told "the fans just have to keep supporting us" and we collectively gave them the Stephen A Smith blank stare.

This club is never about getting better. It's not. Accountability doesn't exist under Koch. It's all about sweeping the problems under the rug, scapegoating the odd player and then getting angry at the idea that anyone might want them to perform at any given time. "Don't judge us now, judge us later".

If it looks like a loser and it quacks like a loser, it's a loser. Winners take responsibility.

I read an article today that suggested that our president will likely leave his morning breakfast gig at the end of the year.
I suspect that would be the trigger to walk away from the club also.

2023 preseason is looking interesting

I sort of deal in the facts that we've had a coach for 9 going on 10 years that hasn't achieved a thing, 5-wins-in-a-row certificates aside.

The expectation is to bring the ball to ground... What a joke.

Bringing the ball to ground is an acceptable compromise when failing to take a mark.

Every forward should be expected to mark when they get hands on the footy.

Spot on, in that one statement he has highlighted a chief problem with our gameplan. Dixon being out has ampfiled this flaw. Its why Marshall has gone backwards its why Finalyson looks confused.

People keep going on about Hinkley having another year on his contract but I’m sure that C4 told us that the last year of his contract was trigger based and that trigger was making finals.
Pretty sure that was the one in 2017 (loss to Eagles in extra time EF and 83 point showdown loss) after the threat to walk to GC, 2021 was subject to making finals. Haven't heard anything similar about the two year extension for 2022-2023.

You wouldn't expect midfielders and defenders to bring in to ground when moving the ball forward, you want them to hold it.

What idiot wants the final link in the chain to break.

Call me crazy, i think we should play our forwards to their strengths, isolate them in space, kick it to their advantage in scoring positions and try convert as many I50s into goals.
