Wasn't sure about Marshall going back at times but it may be his role... If we could turn him into a westhoff type swingman that would be good because he's not tough enough alone up forward.

All those winning Geelong teams had a style that was identifiable. A brand. Sydney had a brand. Hawthorn had a brand. Any club who had any sort of prolonged period at the top had a brand with which they played their football. Players coming in and out of those sides knew what they had to do and their fans knew what to expect week on week.
After 9 seasons in the job i think it's fair that we expect to have developed a similar winning brand, but we're not even close.
