No need to explain yourself Waspy, the important thing is that Ladhams had another huge game.Would you be happier if I said Ladhams 2nd BOG as if it matters?

Yep. They'll be pointing to the Demons 2020 dip.Papa G has a point
Squiggle has us finishing in that 10-14th range what i finf accurate
If he finishes in the upper section of that i could see our limp dick admin saying injuries ect, let him see out his contract
Yep completely agree. I've often spoken with my mates at the footy about this. We'd be no worse off if we'd just kept Ryder and left Lycett at West Coast or let him go to the Crows. In hindsight the Lycett FA pickup has been an absolute disaster. He cost us Ryder and Ladhams who are both better players. He held back the development of Hayes. He arguably cost us the 2020 prelim. We genuinely would have been better off with an empty list spot.
I'd argue we'd be actively better off, not just 'no worse off'.Yep completely agree. I've often spoken with my mates at the footy about this. We'd be no worse off if we'd just kept Ryder and left Lycett at West Coast or let him go to the Crows.
He worked as a 2nd ruck in West Coast's system, and he's a warrior, but he doesn't have the class or consistency to be a 1st ruck and it's repeatedly cost us.
Dee aren't that good, Sydney could be a bolterWe smashed them by 9 goals at the Gabba in 2020. Now we only SCORE 9 goals in a game when the opposition is ordinary, while the Dees seem to be marching towards back to back flags.
He wasn't part of brown noses boys club led by boak, wines, grey Jonas. To get in you have to publicly declare your undying love for ken on an annual basisI get the feel Hinkley was moving Ladhams on in any scenario.

I'd be surprised if spp is around in the future. The coaching of him has been deplorable, talk about armature hour player managementTrouble makers don't last in Kenny and Kochie's squeaky clean boys club for being good people and making the community proudery. We were close to moving on SPP not long ago too.
Geez - you reckon Ladhams is looking forward to round 14??? It's his chance to show Hinkley what a stupid move it was to get rid of him: mark him down for BOG.I get the feel Hinkley was moving Ladhams on in any scenario.

Ruck/forward go for nothing with actual Agility and ball skills then nothing is impossible.Hopefully that never comes to fruition as it would be one helluva indictment on the PAFC management and a complete retreat from the fundamentals that has made Port such a successful club.
In any case, it appears spp has settled into a routine family life.
Agreed re the coaching.

Its one of those things, where yes he has a point, but if I allow myself to think this could happen I may as well just stop following entirely this season because it would make me too angry.Papa G has a point

Bulldogs seem like red hot garbage this year too.I don't see it myself. We still have Bulldogs and Geelong before the bye. Then after the bye we still have to play Richmond, Sydney, Fremantle, Melbourne, Geelong, Collingwood, and Richmond, plus a showdown. I think we'll beat North and Essendon (twice), but i still wouldn't bank the Essendon away game yet. Suns at home i'd be willing to bank now, and probably GWS at home too. Showdown, who knows.
They were all banged up and not looking much better leading into the prelim. If they're going to turn a corner it will be against Port.Bulldogs seem like red hot garbage this year too.

They went into the game just expecting to win by turning up. Looked off all game.Bulldogs seem like red hot garbage this year too.
Not sure about that but copped some injuries and some of their best players had a down year. They were one of the premiership favourites going into that year.Wasn’t there a polemic regarding their preseasons as well?
