When we should have parted ways with Hinkley a few years back, we were a much more lucrative club for decent candidates to apply to coach us.

Ive neve KNOWN US TO BE SO heckin'G WEAK. WEAK. Even the great man Russell Ebert didnt get such an easy ride coaching his beloved Port Adelaide. Jack Cahill was undermined by Choco, resulted in one flag. Choco didnt get the chance Stinkley has had.
I'm actually beside myself with this. I watch a lot of my local football, coaches are fcng sacked if they sneeze in the wrong direction.

I actually think Kosch has no idea about Aussie Rules Football. He sits in Sydney and Port is a novelty to him. He genuinely doesn't know how it hurts after a loss.

I think you’re reading that post the wrong way. LMcQ is not calling you pal, they’re suggesting that the Club would be dismissive because you’re a dissenting voice.
It should be cut at least ever 5 years.

Bassett coached on the weekend (the decision for Bassett to be caretaker coach and not Ken remotely coaching was made as soon as the final siren went). Honestly I'm not sure who was in charge for the first 5 games but I can reliably say it wasn't Ken as the media has repeatedly made it clear that's when he had to take over to fix everything.

Going to be an interesting week after our next game. I watched the Carlton Geelong game and it was a pretty high intensity game. How will Hinkley handle himself post game and into that next week will be interesting, and the club for that matter. The season is pretty much cooked if we lose to Geelong, so will be interesting to see what the club does, do they come out and back him in, or do they stay silent.
The problem is that with the Tiges losing to Norf and the Gold campaigners, both Richmond and the Dogs are super inconsistent and vulnerable. Meanwhile St Kilda's percentage is even shitter than ours.
So this will end up going down to the mathematical finish. A bunch of shit mid-table sides waiting to see who wants to play one extra irrelevant game after round 23 and who gets to go on holidays early.
