It can be both.
And it is.
Nothing is just this OR that.

Nah, its people clutching at straws.
We have more than enough talent upon which to build a challenging side, and we we're all up and about considering natural progression prior to round one.

Im not saying recruitment has been stellar over the past decade, but this excuse has run its course. Its all on the Coach now. GWS's list would be in the same position under this Coaching group.
Take a good look. Its the potential elite talent on our list that has either floundered or gone backwards,.
not your Murphys or Mchenrys whove been consistently bog average from day 1.

Im just following Min Woo at the moment, all this football stuff is just a distraction
Hope all is well your way mate---we will have to catch up sometime

I am following.

This is professional sports... Percentages decide whether players play or sit out.

Have you ever had a back injury? Being forced to sit upright for 3 hours 20 minutes can set you back massively. Or you can get there and be feeling fit and ready to go with a massage.

There is no rule book on recovery from a back injury.

Was it you telling me about Mileras battle hardened, AFL ready body?

Never mind glassmans latest injury, did you see the way he flopped at the hint of contact just moments before?

Pretty good here mate, how's the little golf pro going? Probably not so little anymore? You should come onto our Discord sometime and chat
Was State Runner up as a sophomore last fall. Rallied from 6 back to start the day in last round to be tied for lead heading to back nine. Fell just short but was a hell of a charge.

I will try to do that

You know what, the ‘improving’ is a mirage. Remove Nicks’ first year where he drove us to a spoon and how fo we track? It’s only courtesy of low expectations that we seemed to have been improving.
One thing for sure is that this year we have gone backwards. I mean effectively we have the same team on the ground as last year but we look unorganised. Last night there were patches of us moving the ball from one end to other or defending and from the Half back line we were doing short kicks under pressure and the kicks all landed. They looked good in patches but overall they still looked unorganised.

Imagine strutting around bragging on a forum about the number of posters you had blocked for voicing criticism of the club, as if constructing the world's stupidest echo chamber of opinions that think one of the worst sporting organisations on the planet is a great success story is meritorious and then turning up all sad face wanting sympathy when you're surprised that the team is a rancid infected ball sack.

And that you’d been protected from accountability for your claims every time someone tried to point out your contradictions

Isn't watching other teams and seeing teams kick to a lead, and hit them, mind blowing?
Yeah, we used to do it last year, but shelved it this year for some unknown reason.

Haven't visited or logged in since August last year but had to come in and have a read after the season's start.

- There was massive bathwater drinking and back slapping over the offseason. The Keays goal/behind allowed the club to pretend the rebuild was over - "we should've made finals" - Olsen went full PR politician, came out all tough, everyone felt sorry for us, whilst avoiding what would've been a ten goal Elim smashing against Carlton at the G. They got the credit of making the finals without making the finals.

- Nicks has made everyone feel nice about themselves. He's not a finals coach's ars*hole. His re-signing was as laughable as his 8-man leadership group. He is now blaming players for the results - good luck putting that genie back in the bottle.

- We lost 6 games by less than a goal last year. Rather than keeping with the attack and trying to kick one more goal a game, or focus on two minute drills, we completely overhauled it and went defensive, too quickly. Players have no confidence. That is 100% on the coaches.

- The actual club itself is dysfunctional in a high performance sense. Said it for 20 years. It's summed up by the baffling decisions the administrators make over a long period. For example, John Reid engineered the Kurt Tippett saga that decimated our draft capital and credibility with trading, so we appointed his son as list manager two years later and despite only 3 finals appearances in 12 years, is still the list manager.

That is the Adelaide Football Club. It's a side hobby and wine-and-dine experience for the Board when they're not spending money building pubs, buying MPs or starting law firms.

Anyway, my two cents, I will jog on and maybe check in by August. Cheers.

Nailed it.

Brodie Smith, Lachlan Murphy, Wayne Milera, Darcy Fogarty, Riley O’Brien, Mitch Hinge plus Jordan Dawson.

Yep, there is group you would want to go into battle with.

FMD, our playing group surely didn’t pick these lot. Seriously?

Reckon what happened is players picked a different group of players and then the coaches said, no way, this is the group we want.

Smith should be SANFL.
Milera is irrelevant, doesn't show any on field leadership.
Murphy should be SANFL.
Fogarty lucky to be in the side, no one field leadership.
Hinge - tries hard, might be a leader.
ROB - no on field leadership.
Dawson - fair.

That really is a pathetic leadership group - no wonder we can't adapt during matches.
