The T20 World Cup starting in October means that it will be cricket season far sooner than normal this year.

Pat Cummins batting form in the IPL gives us some great options bowling wise for the World Cup, if we want to bat him 7.

We have not had to listen to Birds of Tokyo post match this year, and will probably not have to do so very often going forward.

Too many positives to list. More so the humble pie served. Some on here have seem to delight and revel in our fall away. Things are nowhere near as bad as they seem. There have been green shoots and better signs right from the second pre season game. We have a long road ahead of us, we are going into the unknown in terms of how quickly we need to refurbish our list, but there is quality there. The club went and got some well credentialed assistants. Simmo has shown great character and it seems from the outside that the vibe is good and the doom and gloom peddled on here is not being replicated inside the club. As long as we keep having a crack each week, keep showing a willingness to develop and improve our “brand” then that’s all that matters.
