I believe he's still at the club as a consultant with a focus on future drafts. So he watched the under-16s in 2022 and advised Blair to load up for this year.

Jack at 13 and Sheds at 26 in his first draft in charge. As well as Collins at pick 70-odd, later swapped for Grigg. And he would have taken Houli at 42 if Miller hadn't swapped it in the Polak deal.

Cotchin and Rance in his second draft. Dusty, Astbury and Grimes in his fourth.

(Let's not talk about 2010 when Conca and Batchelor could have been Lynch and Parker, or Prestia and Parker.)

Exactly, if we lose Rioli and Baker there is absolutely no chance of finals in the next 3-4 years, which means Boltons prime is wasted. It's why Id let Balta go as well.
