Agreed. Freo would never let him go but Treacy is the sort of player I would like. Young, strong, quick, gut runner. Seems to have a great attitude.
Yep I wrote a post about Treacy a few weeks ago. He's also a lovely kick. Big but mobile. Still only 18/19 so lots of upside I think. Victorian kid too.

Time to put my balls on the line. Here is how I see it

Out: Houli, Astbury, Eggs, Caddy, Chol, Naish, Garth

In: 4th round for Chol, 3/4 Round for Caddy`

I would love for us to package some of our second rounders and 3rd rounders for the Dogs 18 so they don't have to waste a huge first rounder on a father son who is looking like a top 10
Chol is a free agent. Do you mean we'd get 4th round compo for him ?

What’s Will Gould’s go from Sydney? Has he even debuted yet? We need a Bachar replacement and this guy dominated the SANFL as a kid.

I’ve also done a 180 on Cerra. Get him in. Narkle and Lipinski as well. We need to overhaul our midfield.

Exactly my thoughts too, the players look physically and emotionally drained.

They all need a freshen up and extended break away from football, players and coaches alike.

My hope is that with such an excellent draft hand that we might emulate the Hawks of '83-'91 where they won 5 premierships, were R/U 3 times and finished 5th in 1990 (my Dad was a Hawk fan) Maybe this year is 'our' 1990
Agreed, we need to look on this DECADE as being our opportunity for a dynasty like never seen. We've had the perfect start with three flags in four years, we're now a powerhouse off field again and the Richmond culture (in times where culture is king) is the strongest it's been in 40 years.

Like a few here I woke up this morning with a bit of the pressure off and looking forward to where we go from here. Clearly the club and the players are exhausted. What they have done has been extraordinary !

But there are exciting times ahead...

Gould hasn't set the world on fire in the VFL. Still yet to debut, I believe.

We are so FAT with picks. Great work by the club ! I would love to see those picks bundled into a top 10 or two and a good second rounder. We need to smash this draft.
The Bulldogs will need draft points for Luke Darcy's son who's looking like a top 3 pick.

Something like this will interest them... Plenty to work with.

While this seasons fall from grace is not what we wanted to see - we did at the best possible time.

Draft picks galore, trade aggressively and get a middle 6 fixture next year - 2022 shaping up nicely.
They’ll change fixture rules next year and fist our poo dots

Maybe, but they get a 20% discount on a 1st rnd F/S pick, so if he goes pick 3 then they'll need 1787 pts to match. Easy enough for them to go into deficit next year.

The way the team is going we could easily fall into the bottom 6 which will give us say pick 6-14-24-26-41-42.

That's one hell of a draft hand for a team that's been so successful over the last 4 years.

Also a bottom 6 draw for 2022 should see us bounce back, unlike a 'dead cat' bounce.

It would be awesome to hand the AFL a big **** you after all the equalisation rubbish that we've been dealt with.

Yet early on in the year, we started getting injuries from round 1 we started flat due to the shorten season and being still way under done. That is what I believe to be the incase instead of the OMG players hate dimma cause he left his wife angle
Some of us were seriously talking the piss with
The QUOTE dimma losing the players,
We just tired emotionally physically spiritually and
Footbally

We specifically recruited him because he was a good user and good in traffic, though not part5 quick. He started out as a good kick, got worse as the years went on.
He always found the ball, but by the end his kicking was about as good as McIntosh.

Didn’t the club confirm that we had drafted him online before the draft had be held or something 😂

He was highly rated as a jr and was contested a great pick at the time
