Think both sides should also have a couple of reviews per game like cricket and tennis. The professionalism and money has gone way, way, way past the amateur hour joke that officiating is.

The whole last half of the 3rd quarter was nothing more than the umpires trying to shift the momentum of the game.

It was at the point where if we could have kicked a couple of goals the game would be hard for Brisbane to win. Cue some of the most inexplicable and bewildering decisions you will see. Marks not being paid, changing decisions well after making a call. Reversals down the field after the ball was kicked oof. A free for kicking a player who was pinching and trying to jump on a player on the ground, Dayne Floppo being paid free kicks when there was nothing there.

If anyone can explain how a professional sport can make so many howlers to the advantage of one side, then I might believe that there isn’t any attempt to engineer results.

Now i accept a bad decision. A mistake. But how is it that 10 minutes prior, you are not paying the push and with 1 minute to go, you decide to pay it?
Thats what smells dodgy. That's what p1sses me off.
So what do we do now? Wait for 2020. Put your money up again...(plus 3 other family members). And we do it all again.....?
