I know for a fact North Melbourne have asked Jason McCartney's son to play below his means over the next 18 months.
You always suspect draft tampering to be around somewhere, but it hits you in the face when you actually see it in action.
I’d not be surprised at all if he puts on 10kg and is a regular in the AFL. It seems like strength is all that’s holding him back.

I reckon big chance we either take Pike or Kuol Mun with a late pick / rookie pick and just use Conway/Blitz/SDK plus Neale as Forward/Second Ruck option and keep Furphy around as a sacrificial lamb if the others were wiped out by injury.

There is 3 genuine young ruckman, we need a mature age ruckman that can stand up to play 15 games in the AFL..
Maybe only 1 I'd think if we did be Pike as hey could be a back up Key Forward
We have to consider all three young rucks on our list as speculative IMO - Conway (proven talent but chronically injured), Edwards (looks talented but no certainty with a back issue and OOC 12 months/flight risk) and Furphy is just learning the craft now. (Neale should be only considered as a chop out/2nd ruck).
Four rucks is stretching it, but as indicated above we are exposed on that once Stanley is finished. Think we have to take one - must be robust and ready to go. If can get a resilient and good 50 gamer, sub 28 for reasonable coin/3rd round trade, go for that - but otherwise go for Pike. AFL ready body, TAC background, good craft and looks to be resilient (fingers crossed).

I was going to say at least channel 7 will have better camera work than the usual VFL games. But so far it looks like we've got 3 drunk cameramen instead of 1.

If this is the future of football coverage with dei at the forefront, they've lost me. Whoever this lady is doing the "expert" comments, she is hopeless.
Why? I don't know who she is, but seems to be calling the plays pretty accurately.
