There's a lot of valid discussion around here about Maj's pros and cons. However, one thing that is undeniable, for such a big man, he executes bumps better than nearly anyone else in the league. How he didn't take that guys head off, while at the same time sending him into the middle of next week, is incredible. I'm guessing that the fact that he played soccer first helps him in that regard - he knows how to execute a perfect shoulder charge. Lol. Nekminit, Majak gets rubbed out for 4 weeks for ironing out a Bombers forward....

The first 2 are correct decision. If the ball is knocked out in the tackle it’s play on.

Second we drag it in and don’t dispose of it, holding the ball.

The Tarrant one is the wrong call but a hard call to make. It’s an old forwards trick!

Except he dropped it himself trying to get it out to his teammate well after Billy Hartung (so its hardly gonna be knocked out) tackled him. Anyway that's what it looks like in the gif, its hard to say conclusively without seeing more real footage.

The second one - before he goes to ground Wallis has his hand in his back. I remember at the time thinking he was pushed onto the ball and I've seen that not paid and the umpire calling that out. Its not as obvious in the gif DP posted because its the last bit of the contact in the gif. The second or two before would tell you whether it was enough force to be a real push. But he does make the effort to drag it in once he is on the ground so probably fair enough.
