What issues do people have with the logo?

It's ugly, it's unpopular, it doesnt look like the animal it's supposed to, it's derivative, it was forced on the fan base with no consultation, it doesnt look anything like the club that most of us started supporting and which won premierships, and it's a pretty perfect symbol of some of the worst days in our history- the Trigg 'fans are the enemy' agitator days.

Yeah, can't see why anyone would want it changed.

Looking in the McAdam thread and the photo with his family in front of his locker shows the club uses the old logo for internal awards.

A plaque for Jacob's presented in 2017 and one that looks like Ottens 100 games hanging on the wall. Both have the much loved former logo.

Reeks of a Harper manoeuvre. Relegated to only the most menial of tasks but still butchering them.

And now we have to give out plaques for every little thing just to get rid of them

The Andy Otten (I assume it us his 100 game plaque) one is really old. Has the old AFL logo on it.

As I said I like the tune and most of our song.

But we are no longer a quasi State team. That first line does not represent our club anymore.

Fek it. We represent Adelaide, the capital of SA where 95% of the population live and much of the rest of the state support us too

Our colours include those of all the old clubs... except, you know, the swampies. It's our heritage and I for one am happy to sing it loud and proud.

Although he could set up a website and charge for personal insults via his keyboard. Seems to be the one trick he has

With Peter Hurley and Mark Ricciuto being very active hoteliers in South Australia, I often wonder why the crows have refused to buy or least a hotel licence?

Would this be to avoid a conflict of interests?

Hurley and Ricciuto make a very good income from this area of the hospitality region in South Australia yet the board of the Adelaide Crows have continually said it doesn’t make economic sence to head in that direction?

Why?

With 80,000 members and the biggest sporting club in this state, If done correcly, fail to see how any hospitality industry would fail.

As a club, is this avoiding direct competition away from Ricciuto and Hurley?

How did the pub/restaurant go attached to Westlakes?
