Trew over Clark may seem a bit baffling since Clark played better than him last Saturday, but this selection seemingly has nothing to do with who deserved a spot rather that we simply wanted to give the kid a go.

Nic Nat and Trew are the inclusions, JK and Jameson making way. We look to have gone in pretty small. I think we're one tall defender short as Richmond have both Lynch and Reiwoldt, as well as a resting ruck.

Cripps into the center is something. Petruccelle in the team in something. Nelson not in the team is something.

Kennedy not in the team blows away all of the above. What a champ he was :(

Interesting selections.

Im guessing Kelly was still recovering from the flu last week so if he is back to form, with Nic back, will be very interesting, could pull off something here. This will be the best Midfield Naitanui has played with all year.

For comparisons sake here is the midfielders Nic has had around him in 2022.

Rd 1 Gaff, O'Neill, Redden, Naish, Jones
Rd 3 Gaff, Redden, Nelson, Naish, West
Rd 4 Redden, O'Neill, Edwards, West, Naish
Rd 15 Kelly, Shuey, Redden, Gaff, West

Hedwards a bit stiff.
Have to be one of our smallest teams in some time

Pretty strong lineup compared to what we had last time against them. Glad that Bazzo was retained. I still have faith in Rotham, not entirely his fault for his off year. I think Culley will debut with another good WAFL outing under his belt.

I still hope we push for more draft picks in the up coming draft. It will only make our move up the ladder easier and quicker, we have players we can work with that have come into the side or just on the outskirts like Hough, Bazzo, Chesser, Culley amongst others.

Yes some players still had a bit of flu..no excuses are made..but I like that we're keeping much the same team. Maybe Kelly will perform better. Maybe Petch will put something together. Maybe Snake will seize the day. Interested to see how NN and this midfield 'synergise'.
Will Jones make some clean dashes out of the backline and hit some chests?
Get to watch someone new in Trew.
Wow, get to watch Hough..(again)
No idea what to expect from Rotham? Is this the game when the Real Rotham emerges?
If we arrive on that deck all fit and firing, we could give this a good shake!?
