It’s the fact, that is what they would both PREFER to be doing that’s the problem"... when Fly came in he was so positive..."
Meanwhile Daddy Donuts;
It's a tough competition we're in and someone has to lose.
Playing finals is scary.
Compare the pear, one is coaching in a Grand Final on Saturday and the other is watching the dishlickers.
Yeah, he was initially quite positive but the signs of his negative mindset were still there. Remember him going all negative in the second half against Geelong in the 2013 semi. Told the players they had to go defensive despite having a four goal lead, 7 to 3. We were behind by 3/4 time.To be fair, two years in we all thought Donuts was jesus too
Coaching in an AFL Grand Final would be very scary but watching the dishlickers would be relaxing and better for work life balance. Easy to see which one Daddy Donuts prefers.It’s the fact, that is what they would both PREFER to be doing that’s the problem

He has been mostly negative for most of his eleven seasons at Ports which leads me to believe that that is his true personality.
Not when Hinkley was playing for them.This Geelong team is pretty scary!
Also probably why Brodie Grundy saw right through him.Maybe Kenny's a real good communicator to those like big Charlie and Rioli, who (with respect), aren't amongst the sport's greatest thinkers. He can really connect on their level
"I guarantee if we'd played Frampton the result would have been a lot worse"Hinkley has never been able to get anything out of solid role players like Frampton. He is unable to fill them with the confidence they need and provide them with a system that utilises them in the most effective way. All he can do is sit there like a loser and hope his stars get it done or he's got nothing.

To put it simply, Hinkley only likes players that are capable of saving his job like our current midfield, R Gray, Wingard.Hinkley has never been able to get anything out of solid role players like Frampton.
