Not a bad suggestion really. The league are talking about the idea of 2 up 2 down, not sure how that will work exactly. I don't think it will add anything in terms of making the league stronger. Thoughts?

this is correct, not much else on this one, glenordon where not much and with altona playing west this week i think its a few weeks until we see a real indication on how much the vikings have improved.

this week looks to have a few closer results, hoppers vs sunshine should be a ripper, also st albans vs port colts should be a pretty good game

you would have to be mad to think that hoppers are just going to slip out of the 5. the only way an altona or sunshine heights is going to get in the 5 is to beat at least 2 of last years top 5 sides twice, and everyone from outside of the 5, both times. And to beat any of port, spotty, hoppers...
