Re: Round 12 trades

Outside sledge i would wait for Sylvia to drop his be is like 198 he will probably half that.

can someone stop me from doing this trade plz:)

heppell> fisher
darling>chapman

i know heppell is usually a D7 keeper but having 7 full premiums sounds better.

This is probably my last chance to get fisher before he rises even more.

or i can just go.

Tapscott> Chapman which was my original idea??

Depending on your bench cover I'd go with picking up 2 premiums!

Toy, jacobs & Pederson not so great am i right:p lol. Heppell would be a good supersub though but might just trade him and hope he doesn't start rolling 100's.

Re: Round 12 trades

I reckon that's about as good as what anyone's bench is at the moment Spud Missile.

It's not even close, you are borderline delusional

I have Heppell, J Riewoldt & Darling sitting permanently on my bench with rookie-to-rookie MPP in every single bench position. In addition most of my forward line & back line premiums are also MPP. Have the forward/ruck link too. Also have Puopolo, Hibberd, Jacobs, Mzungu & (soon to be) Z Smith all on the bench for even more cover.

Next week i'm also bringing in Harvey or Sylvia just to cover byes as a luxury trade. That will leave me with 9 trades and a heap of cows still left to play with. Overall rank is pretty good too :D

hehe, yeah could be better :) but most are in the same position. I still think it's a good idea to grab a high scoring premium when you can. Heppell is an emergency this week! (he will likely play) and comparing his 90 up/down avg with Fisher's awesome 110 is no comparison really. Jacobs seems to be playing most weeks, Pederson is in the mix again.

As for darling > chappy, again you can't really argue with the massive numbers difference there either. Tapscott will likely play once he's back, and darling has probably peaked from a cash perspective. Note: I don't have chapman and have avoided him but I'm convinced I must be biased against him in some way because everyone else seems to have him.

Totally up to you though and maybe someone with more experience will offer a better idea, good luck!

Re: Round 12 trades

anyone know anything on the waite injury? how long is he out and what did he do?

Should just be 1 week I think. He had some hammy tightness (not a tear or even a strain) after last week's game.

Blues had Kreuzer and Henderson knocking down the door, plus one senses they may be confident against the Lions, so they've left him out for the week.

Re: Round 12 trades

Swan into Pendlebury before another rise, then Boak into Swan round 14?

Or Lower into Newman?

Only 9 trades sadly so Thinking Lower into Newman then Selwood into Pendlebury round 22.

Thoughts?

Re: Round 12 trades

DEF - Gibbs, Heppell, Enright, Lower, Stanley, Deledio, Fisher, (Buckley, Hibberd, Hunt)

MID - Pendlebury,Ablett, Hodge, Cotchin, Kerr, Swallow(GC), Swan, Jacobs, Mzungu

RUCK - Cox, Ryder (Smith, Keeffe)

FORWARDS - Fyfe, Sylvia, Harvey, Murphy, Riewoldt Yarran, Brennan, (Krakouer, Lynch, Ablett,N)

This week I brought in Fisher for Thompson, L. 8 trades left. Just not sure what to do Re. Defenders. Have 4 players that are listed as either emergencies or the extended bench. Anyone have any insight as to who of these are more probable to play? And should I have 2 emergencies in my backline this week (even though they may be both actual emergencies themselves?

Also have 147k left so might even consider another trade this week if necessary.

Thanks!

Gee dude not sure were you have used all your trades if you still have 3 rookies starting in the BL and still having Ryder and Kerr in your mids.

you really should have a team full of guns with 8 trades left.

i have the same amount of trades left and no rookies starting

Re: Round 12 trades

The Daniel Harris train seems to have derailed and crashed down a steep valley and caught fire, so I am gonna give him the bullet.

There are pretty minimal downgrade options in the middle, but I'm thinking Dan Nicholson from the Dees? Has shown a bit - I THINK he'll get games. Has D/M MPP as well.

That'll free up cash for Lower -> Newman (and more).

Red light, green light?

Re: Round 12 trades

I'm keeping Harris all year. As my sub. Well that's the plan. Every game, will play.
I just went Libba to GAJ, an I'm about to go Danger to Chappy.
Then Stanley to rookie next week an Krak to Pav. Team pretty much done.

Same here re: Harris, always comforting to hear someone has the same idea as you, haha.

Fairly sure I've decided on:

Toy > Enright
Darling > Howe

Leaves me with 180k and 10 trades so enough to swap Conca to Sylvia next week to basically complete my side, barring luxury trades.

Re: Round 12 trades

Will Heppell or Hibberd Play?

Heppell will, and I'd be surprised if Hibberd doesn't.

L. Thompson --> Howard
Harris --> Watson or Lower --> Newman/Enright

I'm leaning towards Jobe as Harris will slide again and then his trade value is basically shot.

Re: Round 12 trades

Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster. Just looking for your thoughts on my trades this week. Was thinking.

Lynch > Howe
Duigan > Newman

I know it's a bit early to cash in lynch, but I'd prefer to keep darling for back up.
If I keep Heppel as d7 this trade will complete my defence.

Defence will be Gibbs, Fisher, Shaw, Goddard, Dids, Heppel, Newman (Poo, Lower, Toy)

Duigan is about maxed and Newman is great value but Lynch should make $50K over the next 3 weeks and TBH we dont know what Howes future is like.

I would look somewhere else to try and free up the cash required.

Re: Round 12 trades

This week I will be going with

L. Thompson -> Deledio
Knights -> Howe

This will get rid of the last of my spud Crow players (thought they would come good this year !!!!!!!!) and leaves me with a team of

Backs.
Shaw, Adcock, Goddard, Gibbs, Enright, Deledio, Puopolo
Lower, Hurley, Hibberd

Mid.
Pendlebury, Bartel, Cotchin, Ablett, Harris
Swan, Jacobs, Smith

Rucks
Cox, Smith
Sandilands, Keeffe

Forwards
Pavlich, Goodes, Riewoldt, Petrie, Darling, Yarran, Rioli
Howe, Lynch, mzungu

With 9 trades left and 7k in the bank.
