Get off the milk coffee altogether. Have lost 11 kgs in just over 2 months, with a diet but also completely giving away milk based coffee.
Bloody flying. Looking at 1.50 for tbe half marathon next month.

All good for an old bastard.
Just over 5 minute Ks. Not bad. Don't get sucked in going to fast to early. I did a few marathons and wasn't a great runner but one time I went through the half was mark in 87 minutes. I officially died 10ks later.

Boakhurst is junk, Marchbank would be in demand on the open market.

What steak knives would Carlton have that GWS would want?
We lose our minds over Billings before Bont.
Can you imagine Busthorst before the next three directly after him?
Laverde
Goddard
McKenzie?

Any if those three are miles better than that spud.

We're not without fault, traded pick 12 for Tom Lee who GWS used to bring in... Kristian Jaksch

The winner has to be Melbourne taking Toumpas over Wines only to trade him to Port for a third rounder 3 years later

I read this as I'm eating a bowl of spicy chicken and fried rice with my two chocolate bars to follow.

Had an appointment with my knee specialist this morning and was discussing AFL, anyway the conversation got onto injuries and he said that he's discussed with a few interstate specialist (not sure if Swallow's direct specialist or just someone in the know) and seems convinced that David Swallow's knee is done and although he might play he won't ever reach close near his physical peak. Not that we are after him but just thought it'd be worth mentioning.

Imagine seeing 29 new pages in a 3rd thread having and thinking something massive has dropped only to find us discussing drug addictions and dieting suggestions.

Pretty much what just happened to me. First thought was what have the boys oversees got up to, thankfully nothing.

Personally I think the odds are slim to none but Tom Mitchell is an A-grader, WANT.
But to be honest what we really need to get in the door is another line-breaking, game changing mid like Steven. Mitchell is much more similar to a ross type player, or even an Armo/Dunstan.

Agree with all that.
Rockliff fits the bill perfectly in terms of the way he plays.

It would be like having 2 jack steven's.

Of course cost, attitude and age all count against rocky to a degree.

But the way he plays is just what we're missing.

When up and going rocky is one of the best in the biz, no doubt about it.
I see next years FA period as huge for how quickly we can challenge. Loose links to names like Dusty, Shiel, Fyfe etc. Getting a player of that calibre through the door is big in the day and age where clubs put attention into the ball carrying mid. Get a couple of those in your team and one is off the leash every game.

Thoughts on 10 for Mitchell + 2nd round (late 30s)

On trade that for Steele. 10 for Mitchell + Steele?
No chance, Steele should be closer to 15 than 30, titch should be 10 + a plodder IMO

I don't agree on Steele, he's a developing player who played a handful of games when other were injured. He was a pick around the teens as a North bid and nothing suggests he has made a massive leap. Jamie Cripps was a first round pick that despite being played in our best 22 netted us a second rounder. Same with Lynch. Mitchell worth about pick 10 IMO, he's an accumulator but not quite in that elite group of mids.
