I know its a trope to hate trade period but the ****ing drop kicks they get to give "expert opinion" about potential trades are the biggest know nothing frauds in an industry of know nothing frauds. We would get better intelligence out of a water diviner or tarot card reader

I will, I just have to think about how I involve a few prominent Richmond people, ie KFC boy, Mario, etc.

Look forward to it.

I can just picture Hitler (Hardwick) circling the map "at least we will get Pick 20 for CCJ"

"My Führer, we got next year's 3rd and gave up our 4th"

And go...

Will the the kebabs have masks. In all seriousness imagine what a kebab would cost at the footy a lot I reckon lol
Too much for the joke to work. An inflatable syringe on the other hand, that has potential for * games...

"My Führer, my microwave is broken"

Am i getting this right as the worse case scenario for Richmond, which involves us not even having to bother negotiating with them.

Tarrant to Richmond as free agent
Richmond loses Chol compensation pick
We gain CCJ via PSD
We gain compensation pick for Tarrant.

That should be the starting point, as we don't even have to speak to them for this to happen. Any "trades" we do, worsen the above deal for us, and improves for them, yet we have to "negotiate"???

Maybe. Would be weird to ask for 3 years if he didn't care about footy though.
Three years might be enough to make it worthwhile.

We might have offered him 2 years on 700K instead of one on 4 - 500. Maybe he is asking for an extra year on 350K, instead of playing his second year on the equivalent of about 200-250. I know I'm just speculating but that's a big difference. Frankly i'd take the offer myself but maybe he doesn't want to give up the coke and beaches lifestyle. (I knew someone who was a physio at the Suns for a while and he said they have serious culture issues in that regard.)

Water diviners actually work. I know a couple and its uncanny how accurate they are. Laugh all you like, they get well paid by plumbing contractors and people who drill water bores for a living.

Geelong’s Nathan Kreuger will become the first player trade of the 2021 national period with the Cats happy to let him go to the Pies for a late pick swap.

The Herald Sun understands the Pies will hand over a pick in the 40s and secure a Geelong pick in the 50s in return for Kreuger.

Collingwood has picks 41, 43 and 46 and would hand over one of those selections for Geelong’s 55.

It comes after Collingwood’s pick swap with Gold Coast paved the way for an early deal.

Kreuger will get to Collingwood as a forward marking target given the Pies now have a huge array of 2021 picks to help secure trade targets and father-son Nick Daicos.

The Pies now have picks 22, 36, 41, 43, 46, 48, 58, 78, 79 to help with their off-season priorities.

Kreuger was tried as a key back this year given Geelong’s array of options in the front six but is seen as a natural 196cm forward who is a strong contested mark.

don't forget we will get a compensation pick for tarrant.

richmond want to put tarrant into the trade as to not dilute their compensation for Chol....well if they're rejecting 38 + tarrant for CCJ then we should be reminding them we're missing out on our tarrant compensation by putting him into a trade.

You'll think it wouldn't be a stretch to assume that there are two types of sporting clubs, those who have been exposed as being on the coke (ie. Storm) and those who are yet to be exposed.
