Just for my information, why is there no interest in Tom Lynch as a DFA? I get he's a bit old but he's quality for a year or two while we source or develop a long term replacement. Has he dropped off in the last year or so??

Hardly a dream team of football ITKs there but we can dream.
There's only one real ITK in 2021

I'm very impressed that we've offered JB a 4 year deal on less than he wants. He's got to forgo his prime earning years and dedicate to the club and group and can't hedge his bets with another 2 year deal.
Elite contract handling by Gags there.
It’s his own fault really. Could’ve asked for a 4 year deal 2 years ago. He backed himself in to become a star and demand star money at the end of this season when entering his prime but he hasn’t delivered that.
So he needs to accept that he made a poor decision and now has to take less money than he could’ve been on or try and get that money elsewhere.

Doesn't get a game in front of Coops or Membrey, probs not even Mason Wood

Between Membrey, Wood, Battle and Sharman, maybe even Kent if you wanna play funny buggers, surely we have enough options in that <195cm 2nd or 3rd KPP/Linking forward.

Very different proposition investing in him as compared to an older but gun mid, or a gorilla KPD, or even a ruckman who's not quite the whole package yet.

Can we petition to allow BS. Coops and the flamer back just for an encore trading season?

Well that’s been the most exciting suggestion talk so far….

the rest of you beauts going with boring stuff like Constable, Crouch, Lipinski
🤣

I’ll take what Owen says with a grain of salt. Last year he said carlisle was off to north on a 3 year deal. Complete BS
On a serious note it's a good idea to do that. ear is always to the ground. But not everything is 100% on the money and as everyone knows things can change very quickly in the industry. Choose to share some stuff and choose not too with other pieces as well.
Won't always get things right, but hopefully record shows more often than not can be on the money :thumbsu:

Wouldn't be surprising in the Carlisle case if maybe they took one look at his back and ran as fast as possible in the other direction!
