No, he’s been critical of Reid for not trading up like Port did, signing up players and having to pay them out and for having signed players now we don’t want but couldn’t get rid of.

I’m not protective of the club at all. Criticism is warranted when it comes from rational people.

Rowie isn’t rational. He’s let his emotions get the better of him plenty of times. This is another example.

Reid cut his son. Rowe has it in for him. Rowe is just you stock standard footy parent that can’t hack that his boy isn’t the champion he thinks he is.

Rowey can be emotional, that doesn’t make him irrational.

You said his opinion has changed after his son got delisted, that’s just wrong. Sure he may be more emotional but he has criticised Reid and Ogilvie long before this. He’s previously said we’ve made a number of changes but the 2 guys who are responsible for the list are still there and we need a change there too. He’s been saying that for over a year.

Incorrect .....Rowe has said on radio he expected James to delisted & as a footy follower, he understood the reasons why ......but then said, as a father, it still hurts

Rowe has made accusations based of a media piece headline .....that's the extent of his Draft knowledge .....yes, talkback shtick .....but my he banged on & on about it

Didn’t need to listen to it to know you were wrong when you said he hadn’t criticised Reid before Rowe was delisted. He even says in it he has been for ages and Bicks didn’t disagree that they have discussed it previously

So you'd dismantle a list after playing off in the GF the year before? (admittedly things didn't go too well in 2018)

How long before we get back to the same position again, do you reckon?

Pedlar was probably a bit of a risk ... would have likely gone much higher if he didn't seem to be prone to injuries.

IMO .....3 years

Definitely playing finals in 2024 ......2025 simply depends on trade / draft moves over next 2 years
