aching for a joint ?I read that as 'any old posters may be able to confirm this'.
Was wondering if Thy was maybe getting some aching joints.

and you didn't burn the place down? wtf?I finished Grade 4. Can't remember too much except the obvious..and that my teacher was a Geelong supporter.
gotta say, oh slow oslo, these sorts of contributions puzzle me - in what parallel universe do you reckon we are in any position to take any team "lightly"? .........asking for a friend..........
On our list I would only replace fish with phelp honey Carroll or a Martin ( three of those are injured) motlop can keep building till mid season if we have that luxuryCan Dow play Fisher's spot?
I think he can, and I think we should try it
Got to reward performance at that level, and punish poor performance in the ones
Fisher for Dow this week please
I grew up in the western suburbs but I'm not that much of a feraland you didn't burn the place down? wtf?
Watch from 1:35:00
Game on the line - 1 soft effort, 1 tackle, a non-attempt to go up for a mark, outmarked by a mid, out bodied in centre clearance leading to goal, sure I picked a few bad minutes but that’s when I tuned into the game and then left feeling deflated
I recognise he did a lot of good things during the match as well
I like what Dow brings as an inside mid who can explode from the pack and he also has the ability in the twos to get a few kicks
But …..
If you are an inside mid in the AFL we need you to compete unconditional, I think he will struggle to force current players out, sure the current players need to work on their disposal efficiency but Dow wasn’t getting 25-30 touches at 80%DE either when he played consistently last year
No, but I think it's a pretty clear differentiation between 2 of our more attacking small backs.Judging backmen solely on score involvements, like all backmen are alike?
Hasn’t he failed trying that role for the last few yearsCan Dow play Fisher's spot?

I would have thought the last 10 years would have thought us to stop playing midfielders as forwards and half back flankers as mid fielders
we are 3-0 ffs
next man up is the strategy
not get rid of guys playing a role and replace with someone who hasn’t trained/played for that role and hope
The question was do you think it's possible that a reason that Williams and Newman are being rated differently it that Williams' possessions are much more likely to result in scores than Newman?Feel free to ask me a direct question, I must have missed it. I feel like you've only made statements so far.
I am assuming you want me to comment on Williams having 6 more score involvements? Maybe he is playing higher up the ground compare to Newman?
No, I was replying to a poster who was comparing Williams and Newman. You mean Saad and Williams?
Why would you do that?Id drop Plowman before Boyd

Lots here said that about the hawks…. But we need to learn and have some more tricks in the bag when things aren’t going our way.
Check out Williams' and Newman's heatmaps from yesterdayDifferent players, playing different roles.
Saad, Williams, Doc play attacking roles, Weits, OMac/Young Newman, deeper/last line defenders
Gov a bit each way, given his speed
It's why their stats will be vastly different
We need to get paddy Dowinto the side, he has been knocking the door down for the last three games. I would hate to lose him to another club because of lack of opportunity.PLAYERCARDSTART15Paddy Dow

I was replying to a poster who made the comparison between those 2 playersI think it’s not down to those two players . We absorbed the Hawks pressure and in the last hung on . Apart from a few cameos , us desperately holding on ( fatigue or composure or both ) and a few desperate footy acts . Weiters and Jsos .
