I would think he'd likely be reasonably high on our guys draft board given it's well known he has struggled with the dreaded osteo pubis thingy at times the last 2 years and it was impeding him at the Nationals but he battled on manfully doing almost all of the midfield inside bullocking work for SA allowing Sid Draper to shine more on the outside. Not surprising he'd have some groin issues given his still big developing body. That raking penetrating boot of Kane's is a real weapon when he gets into space to use it effectively. Still think McAuliffe, Patton and Goad are the best of the SA boys this year re potential, then there's Moir who could be the best of them all but his 2023 season will have recruiters worried no doubt.

Haven't seen Delean's actual numbers but the word is he didn't test well.

Makes his testing results even more impressive if he’s been struck with groin issues throughout the year. Would you take him with one of our second round picks?

Has Ryley Sanders been testing at the combine? Any word on how his results have been?

None of them will be inside mids as long as their browneye points to the ground, they're outside mids/wing/half forward/half backs. No way you want Darcy Wilson or Caleb Windsor doing the bullocking inside contested stuff with the damage they are capable of with their speed and skill on the outside, especially Wilson with his elite endurance and goal kicking potential.

Wilson showed yesterday with his running vertical jump best in class he can be your your much fabled high marking mid..LOL.

Don't talk to me about vertical jumps: it just brings back horrible memories of Gallucci.

Contracted player walk out all the time, JHF did it last year, it doesn't matter if he still has 2 years to go on the deal he requests a trade and what ever club he's picked will have to pay up big time, of course West coast can say no but disgruntled players always end up getting their way at some point

Oh I agree with Mutineer ....Barnett's not ready, and Flynn is good to go .....but agree, WC may have a sniff Barnett is a bit homesick

Nah they didn’t want to be undersized in ruck again next year and want to play Williams forward / 2nd ruck

Yeah I like Edwards a lot better, but it depends on Barnett’s cost

Edwards would be a great get for us, I also would try Barnett as a KPD, forwards are only getting taller
