The solution to our small forward depth problems
The solution to our small forward depth problems
They only have 2 picks at the draft. 2+62.That’s big news in terms of Pick trades, North now have an extra list spot…
Shame for Sleevo, looked like the next big thing at the Pies. Another young talent ruined by North.

Let's face it. The AFL has as much integrity as the WWE.Bowes should not have had the right to dictate a club.
If GC got a better offer ( less significant reaming ) from another club, they should have at least tried to push Bowes in that direction.
I'd actually argue that with Triple H in and Vince McMahon out, they might actually have the AFL covered now, it's a far cry from the glorified carny shows of years gone by.Let's face it. The AFL has as much integrity as the WWE.
Membery was one of our best players and gave his all , however the club knows they need to bite the bullet and give the younger guys his role - Sharman and Owens have his role now.Membrey is one that I'm actually sad about losing. He was a rock in the forward line for us when we had no-one there. One of the rare reliable kicks for goal in a side that has had atrocious accuracy for several years. I would have been fine giving him two more years, personally. He'd get his 30 or so goals, he'd give it his all defensively, very hard worker.
I hope he does well as the Pies (as much as it pains me to wish something well on the Pies).
Who ever managed him killed his career. North was the worst possible fit. He was a big game energy bringer and finisher.Jesus, not even if he's free..
Do him good to have a year off , will most probably be at Geelong next year with that other North kid that got sacked for domestic violence.Who ever managed him killed his career. North was the worst possible fit. He was a big game energy bringer and finisher.
Yeah but obviously doesn't like hard work. Hasn't gained a kilo since drafted.Who ever managed him killed his career. North was the worst possible fit. He was a big game energy bringer and finisher.
If Marshall gets a injury it could well be the making of Heath or Keller , the same as when Marshall was thrown into the position when Longer and Hickey had long term injuries.Between Heath and Hayes, i guess we'll battle through. ( not intended to be a pun regarding Battle who ironically did OK in the ruck once ).
I wouldn't judge the kid on his looks , Clark is a fine example - his demise could be down to high expectations on big coin - media pressure and social media slagging.Yeah but obviously doesn't like hard work. Hasn't gained a kilo since drafted.
Thats fine, but l'll continue to merrily judge away on the internet forum. I heard he likes pineapple on pizza and says parmie so he's dead to me anyway.I wouldn't judge the kid on his looks , Clark is a fine example - his demise could be down to high expectations on big coin - media pressure and social media slagging.
Some people just can't handle the pressure.
It's broken many players with far greater ability.
He may well be lazy but I can't judge him because I don't know him.
The answer is 7.tbf in stephenson's draft year interview he said his parents used to take him to smorgy's all you can eat once a month to fatten him up, so there's a pretty good chance he has worms. The question is, if we de worm him before drafting him will his body bounce back? or do you think his body is riddled with worm eggs?

and a pea-heart onfield by all accounts.North was the only club interested.
He is a total nutcase off the field, uncoachable. Made some real enemies with his teammates too
Tough call on someone who's had a bad run through injury but was starting to show a bit - here's a plan - sign up with Sandy and try to get back via the rookie listing next year.Hotton to be delisted I heard this morning
I doubt will be drafting his brother then. A little harsh because he has had his injuries and shown glimpses, but this draft is very good so the club would want maximum as possible picks. Could be just bad timing.Hotton to be delisted I heard this morning

Given he was at Sandy all year, can we delist him, then rookie list him and say he was our Sandy rookie for this year? Bit of a loophole?I doubt will be drafting his brother then. In saying that, I’d keep Hotton over taking a punt on a Sandy rookie.
Was confirmed at his meeting yesterday morningHotton to be delisted I heard this morning
