I’d say we are the fall back option and Richmond are in the drivers seat. You’re in an arms race with Richmond atm for Pick 2 is all I know
I lived down on the Bellarine peninsula a fair while back, and it was a very nice place to live. But going back in recent times, the place is getting overdeveloped and unrecognisable in some parts- nice open paddocks now covered in cheap housing developments and generic outer suburban retail chains. Looks like property developers have been given carte blanche.Outside of their cotton on partnership, it’s substantially cheaper to live along the bellarine than it is to live along the peninsula by comparison.
Money goes further, and lifestyle in infinity better down that way.
That would be a dream, not too far fetched either.I’d say we are the fall back option and Richmond are in the drivers seat.
I think it ends up with them, but I dream of
Gaining: 2,15,16,21
For
Net loss: 7,8,32 + F1
Either way it's a win/win (if you are in the Smillie camp). If Richmond gets pick 2, then they will likely not take Smillie and we get him at 7. If we get pick 2, then we get one of the top mids either FOS/Lalor/Jagga etc.I’d say we are the fall back option and Richmond are in the drivers seat.

Imagine the melts if we ended up taking both Tauru and Armstrong at 7 and 8 lol. Even though both look good.
