No doubt puts some mayo on it and don't like it, but since the Clarko comments has been taken high on at least 1 occasion each match and tried to keep on playing and hasn't been rewarded once. Little wonder players play for frees when they aren't paid the frees they should. Always said the same with Barry Hall. Had the umpires paid the frees for holding that he deserved, it would have been interesting to see if his demeanour changed.

Yeah no doubt umpires punish players who are deemed to be trying to milk free kicks. A few years ago Rance couldn't buy a free kick after he did a dive. Funnily enough though Dangerfield seems to be exempt from this situation

Yeah we choked those couple of finals, and then had to play Prelims against the threepeat Bris at the Gabba.
Should have been an epic 3-4 year rivalry.

When your club signed up to join the AFL, they also signed an agreement with Collingwood to relinquish their black & white jumper and their Magpies branding.

What makes you think you can just thumb your nose at a written agreement made 24 years ago?
Man up and stop trying to weasel your way out of an agreement which you made.

Port were missing Motlop Ebert and Rosie. The commentators even said tonight you guys have played 30 players all season. You've had a dream run with injuries. Tigers were missing about 6 walk up starts that night. That's not to say that Port weren't good though. Your boys were fantastic

Too much messing around with the ball inside 50. Port did it the right way. We did it the wrong way.

Port goes inside 50, it's usually a long penetrating kick from the middle of the ground to only one on one's inside 50 before everyone floods back. They either mark it, or get the ground ball... But who ever picked up the ball takes a shot at goal.

Collingwood slowly works it to 60 out. Then goes for a 30 metre pass to a pack of about 12 people with 40 players camped inside 50. Ball hits the ground, someone picks it up and there is a passage of about 7 handballs which either results in a turn over and Port kicking/running the ball outside 50, or a ball up.. in which case there is another 7 straight handballs.. rinse, wash, repeat. Nobody on this team has the Gonads to take a shot at goal.
