Good win Tiges. Commiserations Port. I thought Port certainly had enough of it, just wasn't linking up across the ground as well. Great effort though.

Tigers....not the Tigers I know, but some things still there, that rather ferocious mobbing the ball carrier was there, and there were flashes of brilliance usually ending in a goal. I dunno seems to me the Tiges are slowly building and are dangerous.
Martin isn't himself either, but he looks to be working his way back into it, best of luck to him too.

Everyone is talking about the umpires when everybody should be talking about the shocking skills of the players!
I've never seen so many mongrel kicks from "skilled" players!
Did you watch our game last week? Now that was filled with horrible skills haha

That was an unbelievably poorly umpired game. And the decisions were repeatedly in favour of the tigers. Just depressing that even in the last minute Richmond player takes theee steps drops ball in tackle and port player takes one step and one gets holding the ball and the other doesn’t. I just hate the impact umpiring is having
And I enjoyed it very much. We’re on the other end almost every week if you want to know about impact so it’s nice to finally get a game where the umpiring favours us.

I will. Looking forward to getting no.1 for the first time since Gardiner. If you're going to rebuild, might as well start with the best pick.

Better than finishing 9th.
Ok keep telling yourself that.... atleast you don't have to hear that God dreadful "theme song" of yours 🤢🤮

Umpiring favours your mob a lot, especially in front of goal.

Don't point about the frees for/against tally either. Everyone knows your team is coached to give away frees to hold up play. It's been analysed ad nauseam on footy shows for years now.

You know it's bad when the commentators are continually mentioning it as well.

'Commentators' weren't mentioning it at all. Carey did frequently, which he is well known for doing. The other commentators were busy defaming the Port medical staff before their producer told them to stfu about it minutes later.

Telling myself what?

It's only a sport after all. Not going to affect my life whatsoever. I'm pragmatic about doing a rebuild and I'd rather just rip the band-aid off instead of floating around the bottom of the 8 for half a decade.

Then you don’t watch our games because have you seen how many frees our opponents get in front of goal?

I don’t know how you say that umpiring favours us with a straight face. Surely you’re laughing as you’re typing that
