Hi guys, was just wondering if anyone has any GA tickets spare. I have two friends that go for Carlton and Essendon respectively and want to take them to the game! DM me directly if you do. Thanks!

This has to be the week Carlton turn up and win

So much pressure and media attention and you can just see Voss going into Crazy mode

I dont even want to imagine the consequences if Carlton lose this game to their arch enemy

Voss The Boss not ****in' around!! P Diddly Dow, Big Patty Wow dropped!!!

Thought he was alright last week? Ten touches from 34% time on ground, works out to about 27 touches in a full game.
Got themselves Jack Martin coming in, goddamn overpaid potato!!

What is wrong with this club?

I remember Collingwood fans saying that at Vic Park training before the 1980 GF

"This has to be the grand final where we turn up and win... "

Ahh yes the 1980 GF

That was a fantastic game and im glad the pies turned up that day ;)

You owe us for knocking all the good sides out

A little off topic trivia.. based on these posts I looked up final series from that year to remember who other teams were. Two games in Melbourne at same time on semi final day drew a total of 160,000 people! Just in Melbourne in 1980 when pop. was just 2.8m. Not many cities in the world could do that …anyway back to the game ..should be close

I actually do like him and think he's a decent judge so it's an interesting prediction, to have Carlton as a certainty. Can't see it myself but anyways.

To say they’re a certainty is ridiculous. Essendon are slight favourites and rightly so on form. But Carlton are every chance - they’ve been playing very good sides and Essendon are middle of the road at best.

The main difference I see is Essendon players are enjoying their footy while Carlton players look like they're being tortured.

Hawthorn are two points behind Carlton after winning yesterday. Hard to fathom that a side that was supposedly top 4 is literally marginally ahead of a side the brains trust on BF thought was tanking.

Carlton lose this and 2023 is absolutely buried. Still no point sacking Voss unless an available and better option exists. Have maintained all along, if they do sack him then clowns like Sayers need to go as well.

Would already declare 2023 is buried for Carlton even if they win tonight.

Some people, apparently, enjoy being tortured, really really enjoy it, even get excited by the very semblance of the thought of it.

Apparently.
