Um, anyone have a clue as to why GA tickets are $48.80 on the Ticketmaster site? Have i missed something?

It's a special levy for all the tissue boxes they plan to hand out to Tigers supporters in the last quarter

EDIT: For some reason i was redirected to Ticketmaster, thought Ticketmaster took over MCG matches for some reason. Odd.

Ticketmaster have something called TM Resale which seems to be legalised scalping. Not sure how it is legal at all. Ticketek do all MCG games anyway. Go to their site.

Great write up

I would love to see Howe a late inclusion from the emergencies. I can't really see the logic in playing Marley, Langdon, Oxley, Sinclair, Ramsay and Aish in the same team. They all seem to be variations of the same role, and with Swan and Steele to a lesser degree going out i would of thought we could use a bit of X Factor up forward for a few cheap goals. Particularly aswell with Edwards not playing, I'm not sure why we need an abundance of mid-small defenders. Maybe aish will go forward.

Also from what I read and heard, not only Ried but also Marsh was dominant in the 2's. Didn't see the game as I was in Sydney, maybe someone can clarify. I think its important to reward young blokes if they play well.

Oxley out and Howe in, otherwise im pretty happy with team selection.

Honestly, I don't know what to expect today, although I've got beautiful seats behind the ponsford stand goals and I'm looking forward to a great game. I don't know what we will fish up today, I'm a little nervous but I think Sam Newman is right, I think today our season is on the line. If we dish out another performance like the one we dished out against Sydney then bucks and the coaching staff is doing something seriously wrong. Although i hope we win and get our season back on track because if we don't it'll look like Saints might roll us the following week.

Would be nice to win some centre clearances for once, especially when our defence is suspect.

You'd think Bucks would instruct the midfielders to start sharking Hampson if Grundy is sub-par, but then again Bucks has proved he has zero competence in making game day adjustments.
