57 clangers surly this number is to low we can get to 100 next week
I think we can. Bucks will do his match review and see what changes we can make to meet that KPI. We havea few guys that have shown they can contribute in that regard.

Stick to the original difference of opinion and explain why Langdon 21 possessions then dropped for a guy that gets 5 possessions!

The difference in opinion is that Langdon would be a better option than Toovey because he provides rebound. Now we all know that Toovey is the better one on one player and more experience player so I'd be genuinely interested in how a player that has averages 1.1 R50's in his past 6 games is a better option?

Unfortunately the season has caught up with him. He may well be a better option in the future, but, IMO, it would have been a gross folly to pick him alongside 5 other backmen that have a rough total of 100 games to their name!!

Kennedy was great today but was clearly played in the wrong role. He should have started as the sub, because irrespective of form, we should be using impact players like him as the sub. That way when we need to rotate someone into the side the following week, we can just drop him after a 7 or 8 touch performance.

Bit of a touch-up and it wasn't a lot of fun to watch in part, we continued to make costly decision errors resulting in turnovers, but the reality is it is something the youngsters will have to go through, we can only hope that they come out of it the better for these experiences down the track.

The umpiring was curious in parts, but I don't think it had any sort of bearing on the outcome.

Wouldn't mind seeing some serious scuritny being applied to Cloke - no use hiding behind,'It's the delivery,', 'He has a bad game whenever Saturn is not in alignment with Capricorn,', 'He's a sensitive flower' etc. He is amongst the very best paid forwards in the comp and currently gives no value for money

If Kennedy got dropped for next week haha, this place will go off.

WW3 will be about to start and honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if he did get dropped. Blair certainly won't be making way for Swan or Ball so it will be Kennedy.

I might actually laugh and cry at the same time if that happens.

And it ain't Buckleys strategic fault.

Of Course not. Priddis had to have had 50 disposals and 10 goals at half time for Bucks to even give a thought about it.

No doubt we played ordinary, but it would be nice to get a fair run. Quarter by quarter free kick count, any coincidence that the second was our best quarter? Chicken and egg or something more?

Rubbish. When will you take off those rose-coloured glasses?
It's not rose-coloured glasses mate, it's simple facts.

It follows a distinct pattern every time, we get smashed early, we stabilise a bit and then we are killed after half time.

How exactly is not manning up, making basic skill errors any of the coach's fault?

Reason has no place in this thread.

Rising star nom?
Absolute certainty (in all seriousness, if young Stringer from the Bulllies hasn't gotten one by now, you'd think he'd have to this round, really looks the goods)

The dumb team played today, we should be good for the Lions you'd think.
We will be and the sunshine and lollipops brigade will talk up our bright future again.

Why mention the kids?

Our senior players are our problem. How can supporters not see that?

Cloke
Lubumba
Blair
Toovey

Et al

The seniors are meant to provide the foundation off which the kids add to. Right now, the kids are easily outperforming the seniors. Comfortably.

Can you not see that this "distinct" pattern is mostly a direct result of strategic planning?

You can also argue that skill errors and manning up are also highly influenced by the coaching staff. It appears that we can do this at stages, but then drop off at alarming rates. I don't know who is behind the coaching of this at the club.

Using the lethargy excuse is rubbish also. These blokes are professional athletes. It's their job to be fit.
