Wet weather footy predicted for next Sunday so no real point in bringing in Vardy, much rather bring in sheed as an extra mid. Could also look to bring in Petrol for either Cripps or Waterman just to have a more balanced and quick forward line. Venables I feel is slowly building and needs more time at afl level and Ryan and Barrass to build form and fitness in the WAFL.

Surely Barrass comes back if fit.

Would love to some how squeeze the Petch in, maybe for cripps?

Why is Masten out?

In: Pet, Barrass
Out: Nic, Schofield

Pet for the extra run and goal threat. Push Venables into the midfield for more minutes.
Don't think we should play two ruckman, we should opt for tackling pressure and speed.

Lycett to be sole ruck for mine.
Vardy isn't AFL quality on the ruck and we are too tall forward to carry him there.

In: Sheed
Out: NN

Barass another week in the WAFL to gather fitness.

You'd keep Schoey in instead of Barrass??
Barrass was only on very limited time on Saturday and his form before he was injured was not that great.

Schofield has been ok. Spent all week preparing to play on a 210cm player then had to shift focus onto a small just 90 minutes before the game started.

Ah Chee rucked a few times on the weekend in the WAFL, so if we were thinking about playing with only one ruck he'd probably be better off as the one coming in. Do not want to have to risk someone like Yeo in the ruck if we can avoid it, he's too valuable.

Having said that I don't think there's really any chance this happens. Vardy will almost certainly be an in, and if the MC think that makes us too tall, it'll be waterman out for one of our smaller forwards.

I think for structural purposes with natanui goin out if vardy comes in waterman will have to make way for another runner (petch/ryan). Either that or we bring in barrass or a more mobile oscar allen to cover another tall down back and McGovern can just give lycett a chop out and then play a full floating in defence role.
I Prefer not to use gov, yeo or any of our A graders in the ruck. Bring in Vardy and he can play forward

Schofield getting a lot of flack.I think Yeo would have been the best bet to play on Degooey but you would have to rob the midfield.

Yep please no more using A grade players in the ruck yeo, McGovern

Yep degoey is in hot form he would have done that to anyone. we have Oscar Allen, Barras, that can come in. Also have Ryan, petch to bring in plus Sheed.

Like this lots. Could Barrass be a minor ruck option?

When NN comes back play him on a forward flank. No more rucking for a while. Maximise his tackling, marking and terrorising attributes
