Didn't I see that Charlie rolled his ankle in the match yesterday...he was definitely hobbling badly at one point.
Charlie loves to limp.
Especially when he misses a set shot, hams it up big time then.

Zac Taylor aka Stewie to his close friendsWho is Stewart?
At first I laughed… then I criedThe problem with Cook is that he doesn't get the ball
The problem with Ned is that he does
He’d fumble the bottles, trip over, and then hand them to an opposition player instead.I think he would make a bloody good runner to take drinks to the players...he could be elite at that
Rough..
Docherty also did his at the GabbaGotta be something wrong with the Gabba turf

Sure, true of most players, your JHF types aside. Not that it's a fair comparison for Cook at all to be compared to Ablett, but Ablett was 18 when he played those first 17 games. This is Cook's 4th year in the AFL system, not his first.Gary Ablett Jr
Obviously not trying to say Cook will be as good, or close, or anything. Just to say kids are often quiet in terms of possessions when they're learning and sometimes need time.
Fair enough. This is a dumb exaggeration. McHenry's not a good AFL player but part of the reason he isn't good is because he doesn't get the ball often enough. He also isn't clean enough and fumbles far too often, but it's not true that his average possession is a net negative to the team.
The one time he got 20+ disposals in the last two seasons he got 5 coaches votes and was one of the better players on the field.

If you like. Though you seem to have missed the point about it not being an Ablett comparison.Gary Ablett Jr played his 17th game in round 5 of his second season.
Brayden Cook is in his fourth season.
Can you compare GAJs first 5 matches in his fourth season to Brayden’s output this year?
Both kicked 5 goals in first 5 games of their 4th season too. Ablett had played over 50 by then though. If you like. Though you seemed to have missed the point about it not being an Ablett comparison.
4th year, first 5 games:
4, 7, 9, 12 and 3 kicks
10, 2, 2 ,7 , 5 handballs
Possessions: 14, 9 11, 19, 8.
Gotta be something wrong with the Gabba turf
Hard to say if the turf had much to do with it, Coleman’s & Docherty’s were definitely caused by contact from an opponent and had nothing to do with the ground. I couldn’t remember Ashcroft’s but looking at it just now it’s a bit inconclusive as he was pushed slightly off balance by an opponent.Docherty also did his at the Gabba
Alright you've sold me. Cook is about half as good as Ablett. I'll take that.If you like. Though you seem to have missed the point about it not being an Ablett comparison.

Did Ablett get dropped after a 16 possession game where he looked half decent?Gary Ablett Jr

Brisbane's team still looks very very decent on paper. Won't be at all surprised if we drop this.
Nah, we need to win this game and the players should be bang up for it. We beat Brisbane last year at home when they were flying.
The next Matty Bode! Any chance we can fast-track his development on that pathway?I think he would make a bloody good runner to take drinks to the players...he could be elite at that
